General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unopened: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, exactly as it was delivered to you.

Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original manufacturer's packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.

Included Documentation: Please include your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the return package.
Return Process & Refunds
1.Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at kovascape@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.
2.Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3.Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
4.Issuing Refunds: After a successful inspection, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Mistaken Returns: KovaScape is not responsible for items returned to us without prior notification or by mistake.

Lost in Transit: If you believe your carrier-marked delivery was lost, you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date to file a claim.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: This includes any artwork or framing that has been customized, commissioned, or produced to your specific specifications (e.g., custom sizes, specific matting).

Opened & Used Products: Any product that has been removed from its sealed packaging, assembled, or used cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase.

Damaged Returns: Items that are returned in used, damaged, or otherwise unsellable condition will not be accepted. We may, at our discretion, send the item back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items
We deeply regret if your KovaScape product arrives damaged or defective. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at kovascape@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Upon verification, we will gladly provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item and will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost once we receive the returned product.

Damage claims submitted beyond the 14-day window cannot be honored.
Order Cancellations & Exchanges

Cancellations: Due to our fast-paced fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the "Processing" stage. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to get your preferred item is to initiate a return for the original item and place a separate new order once your return is approved.
