At KovaScape Home Decor, we provide reliable, fast, and local fulfillment for all our home decor products (floating shelves, wooden picture frames, wall decor) across the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.Important Notice: We do NOT ship directly from China to Europe or the UK. All European & UK orders are fulfilled locally for faster delivery and a smoother customer experience.

We currently ship to:

• United States: Contiguous 48 states

• Europe: All EU member states + United Kingdom
   

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Methods

We use region-local fulfillment models to ensure speed and reliability. No cross-border shipping from China for European & UK orders.

• Fulfilled from domestic warehouses

• Carriers: USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground

• All orders include tracking & protective packaging for fragile items

Europe & United Kingdom

• Current Fulfillment: Amazon FBA Multi-Channel Fulfillment (local Amazon inventory)

• Future Plan: Transition to dedicated European & UK overseas warehouses, served by preferred local courier partners

• Delivery via local logistics providers (no international transit)

• Full tracking available throughout delivery
   

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery region. We offer attractive free shipping thresholds for all regions.

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $79

• Flat rate shipping for orders under $79:

  • Small items (≤2 lbs): $4.99

  • Medium items (2–10 lbs): $8.99

  • Heavy/bulky items: Calculated at checkout
     

Europe & United Kingdom

• FREE Local Shipping on all orders over €69/£59

• Calculated local shipping rates for orders under €69/£59

• No extra customs duties, import VAT, or cross-border fees for buyers — fully local fulfillment
   

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are carefully packed to protect wooden frames, glass, and floating shelves.

United States

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery time: 2–7 business days after shipping

Europe & United Kingdom

• Processing time: 2–4 business days (local warehouse handling)

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (local delivery, no customs delay)

• No cross-border transit = faster and more stable delivery
   

5. Important Policies

• Address Accuracy: Please use English-language shipping addresses for Europe & UK to avoid delivery issues.

• Order Tracking: Sent automatically via email once shipped.

• Lost or Damaged Items: We assist with carrier claims for all local fulfillment orders.

• Returns: Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. Local return instructions will be provided for European & UK customers.
