We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description inaccuracies, or inventory mistakes on the Site at any time, even after you have submitted an order, and may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund without liability.

3. Payment Terms

For EU/UK orders: All prices displayed include applicable local VAT (where required), and no additional cross-border import taxes or duties apply, as all orders are fulfilled via local inventory (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and regional overseas warehouses) with no direct shipping from China.

For U.S. orders: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping location.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

We offer shipping to the contiguous United States, all EU member states, and the United Kingdom, as detailed in our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy. Key fulfillment terms are as follows:

• U.S. Orders: Fulfilled from domestic U.S. warehouses via trusted local carriers (USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground).

• EU & UK Orders: Fulfilled exclusively via local inventory (current: Amazon FBA Multi-Channel Fulfillment; future: dedicated regional overseas warehouses) and delivered via preferred local logistics partners. No direct shipping from China for EU/UK orders, eliminating cross-border customs delays and additional import fees.

• Order processing times vary by region: 1–3 business days for U.S. orders, 2–4 business days for EU/UK orders (excluding weekends and regional public holidays).

• Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers; we are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, address errors, or regional holidays.

• You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate English-language shipping address for EU/UK orders to avoid delivery failures or additional fees.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a limited return and refund policy for eligible products, in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and EU Distance Selling Regulations (including the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers).

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in original, resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

• Fragile items (glass/plexiglass frames, wooden decor) must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery for U.S. customers and 14 days of delivery for EU/UK customers.

Refund & Shipping Responsibilities
